    Prevents overheating and blisters

Lately membranes are being used in trail shoes to prevent water from entering. However, with these membranes, breathability is lost and the foot becomes hotter with the risk of blisters and fungus.

In addition, in very humid terrain, the water will always end up entering somewhere and if it is not evacuated quickly, it will bother us, also deteriorating the materials inside the shoe.

That is why at Oriocx we have built the “Shark-Drain®” system that allows all the water that enters to be dislodged without absorbing it, also allowing the cooling of your foot in dry environments.

    Achieve your best performance

"I always wanted to get involved in designing a trail and OCR shoe that would allow me to give my absolute maximum performance. Oriocx gave me that chance and from this collaboration, Etna 21 was born, a shoe with the most advanced technology to perform on mountain and obstacle courses. On top of all that, it only weighs 290 g in size 42."

Albert Soley, Sixth place in the 2021 OCR World Cup

Run trails of up to 50 km without wearing your feet out

Midsole with low drop (6mm) and Stable Zone technology in the heel area for greater stability and padding that offers enhanced cushioning so you can travel up to 50 km on all types of terrain.

Maximum grip on all types of terrain

Sole featuring 8mm high intermediate studs. The distance between studs has been designed for optimum mud release.

The rubber of its sole will offer you great grip on all types of terrain and weather; especially in areas with a large presence of water or snow.

Lateral Arch-Grip® for gripping on ropes and other types of obstacles. In addition to giving extra protection on technical and rocky terrain.

Its drainage capacity and non-absorption of water together with the gripping technology on its sole make the ideal shoe for mountain races in rainy and snowy areas, Canicross, Swimrun and long distance Obstacle Courses (OCR).

More than 650 km of duration

Our competitors will tell you that you can't make trail running shoes that retain their cushioning and grip properties for long distances.

At Oriocx we invest in the best materials on the market to increase the durability of the shoes without sacrificing their grip, even though this costs us more.

The athletes who have tried the Oriocx Etna 21 have used them for at least 650 km on demanding mountain terrain.

The most advanced technology to avoid injuries and run comfortably

1mm RockPlate on the sole that protects the foot against impacts from rocks.

In addition, its high resistance will protect your foot against chafing.

Last designed so that the foot is comfortable during the race with freedom for the toes to move.

In turn, the thermoformed inner insole, together with the buttress, keeps our foot in a fixed position and stops it from making side movements. This offers the runner greater stability and cushioning.

    ultra-fast adjustment

Laces featuring an ultra-fast lacing system.

360º enveloping sock that protects the runner from stones and dust. It incorporates a pocket to store and protect laces.
