Oriocx recommend measuring the size of both feet for the most accurate result: The longest/biggest foot should be used as a reference.
To work out your size in the easiest way possible:
- Place a white sheet of paper on the floor and put it against the wall.
- Place your foot on the sheet and put your heel against the wall.
- Draw a line (on the sheet) to mark the toe furthest away from the wall.
- Measure the distance from the edge of the sheet of paper (wall) to the toe mark.
Prevents overheating and blisters
Lately membranes are being used in trail shoes to prevent water from entering. However, with these membranes, breathability is lost and the foot becomes hotter with the risk of blisters and fungus.
In addition, in very humid terrain, the water will always end up entering somewhere and if it is not evacuated quickly, it will bother us, also deteriorating the materials inside the shoe.
That is why at Oriocx we have built the “Shark-Drain®” system that allows all the water that enters to be dislodged without absorbing it, also allowing the cooling of your foot in dry environments.
